Here’s The table of RA-ICC-VISA-MASTERCARD & CASH DIVIDENDS DISTRIBUTION WITH CONDITIONS, COMMISSIONS, POSSIBLE LAUNCHING DATES IN YOUR DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES ONCE REQUIRED CONGRESS & BOD QUOTAS ARE MET HOPEFULLY NEXT MONTH.

Article 1) Anyone is entitled to receive our RA-ICC with a min. line of Credit of $500USD(Non-Members) as long as they are ready to subscribe to it @ $350USD with their complete ID and RA Form for more info on background for Security Measures. If they want to increase their line of Credit for for at least $1,000USD up to $10,000USD, they need to upgrade to Members or Member-Employee with No Discrimination, No Favoritism. They will have to deposit their money in our Bank account and scan, send or scan the receipt to complete it all for their Card to be received during the upcoming event next month August Hopefully.  In addition, they will have to register as many peoples and may other companies/associations with more members/employees as possible under RA’s rules and regulations/Handbook/Bylaws with No Discrimination, No Favoritism. They will have to deposit their money in our Bank account or RA-Savings and scan, send or scan the receipts to info@ra-necom.com or necom. hitech@yahoo.com  or  Presidency@yahoo.com to complete it all for their Card to be received during the upcoming event hopefully starting next month August 2017 in  other different African Nations, that if all goes well and everyone put himself/herself to work to reach the goal quota required…  
    
Article 2) Anyone is entitled to be a RA-AGOA-USA Member or Member Employee and has all rights to subscribe to RA-ICC/CASH DIVIDENDS every year with a Min. Line of Credit of $1,000USD as long as they are ready to subscribe to it @ $350USD: with their complete ID and RA Form for more information with Free Professional Training on background for Security Measures. If they want to increase their line of Credit for more than $1,000USD up to $10,000USD or more/Year, they need to register as many peoples as possible under RA’s rules and regulations/Handbook/Bylaws with No Discrimination, No Favoritism. They will have to deposit their money in our Bank account or RA-Savings and scan, send or scan the receipts to info@ra-necom.com or necom. hitech@yahoo.com or rapresidency @yahoo.com to complete it all for their Card to be received during the upcoming event hopefully next month August 2017 in other different African Nations once BOD & CONGRESS’ Required Quota is reached out.
 
Article 3) Anyone or their Moral entity is entitled to register their company or organization cooperative, etc at additional $1,000USD or 2,500USD, $3,500USD/ Yearly under RA INT’L INC. Rules and Regulations/Bylaws Handbook and RA’s regular fees on forms , their countries of registrations forms & documents under Companies/Organization to benefit of RA-ICC & Cash Dividends starting at $2,000 USD, $5,000 USD, $10,000USD up $100,000USD/year depending on their registered members with RA-AGOA-USA.  In addition, they will have to register as many peoples and may other companies/associations with more members/employees as possible under RA’s rules and regulations/Handbook/Bylaws with No Discrimination, No Favoritism. They will have to deposit their money in our Bank account or RA-Savings and scan, send or scan the receipts to info@ra-necom.com or  necom.hitech@yahoo.com  or rapresidency@yahoo.com to complete it all for their Card to be received during the upcoming event hopefully next month August 2017 in other different African Nations once BOD & CONGRESS’ Required Quota is reached out.
